What it does

Pharmacies post the shifts they cannot fill. Pharmacists and pharmacy students see a live regional feed and claim one. The pharmacy confirms, a private chat opens, and the placement is on.

Everything around that transaction is the actual product: licence verification against Valvira, scheduling, timesheets, and export in a shape payroll can accept. Placement fees roll up automatically rather than being chased.

Why we are building it

Filling a rota gap in a pharmacy is a phone-call-and-spreadsheet problem, and the rules around who may work a shift are not negotiable. That combination — real urgency, hard compliance constraints, and no good tool — is the kind of thing worth building properly.

The admin side carries the parts a marketplace cannot skip: users, licences, shifts, billing, configuration, and an audit trail.
