The software behind a customer feedback stand
A joint project with Remomedi Oy: they built the stand and the hardware, we wrote the customer feedback application that runs on it.
What the work involved
Remomedi built the physical thing — the stand, the hardware, the installation. We wrote the software on it.
Feedback software on a stand in a shop has one hard requirement: it has to work for someone giving it three seconds on their way past, and it has to keep working unattended for months.
